Is A Support Group for You?

Support groups offer wonderful help and community but they don’t provide professional mental health treatment. In this episode, clinical psychologist Beulah Marks and support group leader Lezahn Mohamed talk about when someone could consider joining a group and what’s expected of group members.

Please note that this episode includes an interview that makes reference to substance abuse. You can contact the South African Depression and Anxiety Group’s Counselling Hotline on 0800 567 567.
