Ready to Start a Support Group?

If you’d like to take up the challenge and start a support group related to issues of racial identity or trauma, you may want to consider getting trained by the South African Depression and Anxiety Group. Whether your group finds a home there or within your own organisation, this free training programme is very useful. You can, of course, also start a support group on another topic.

In this episode, Jenna Solomon details her experience of the SADAG Support Group Leader Training.
